Job Description

This is a remote staff accountant position in Puerto Rico. We will be having monthly/quarterly meetings there, so you will need to be based there. This is a fast-paced environment, working with multiple entities daily. We are looking for somebody who is very familiar with Act 60 in Puerto Rico.

Duties Include the Following

• Working On Financial Statements (P&L, balance sheets)
• AP, AR
• Payroll
• Doing Journal entries
• Bank Reconciliations
• Must have experience preparing taxes corporate tax returns for Act 60 in Puerto Rico

Minimum Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in accounting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must have strong Quickbooks Online skills
• Needs to understand Act 60 in Puerto Rico
